Predator Centro Shafts
Most players upgrading their shaft face a familiar trade-off: go full carbon fiber and gain power but lose the feedback of wood, or stick with maple and leave performance on the table. The Centro was built to sidestep that compromise entirely. It's a true hybrid — hard maple construction with a carbon fiber core embedded in the front end of the shaft. That front-loaded design stiffens the section that matters most at impact, reducing cue ball deflection and improving energy transfer without stripping out the natural feedback you expect from wood. The result sits between Predator's 314 and REVO in terms of feel and deflection.
At 12.4mm, Predator's most popular tip diameter, and available in both Uni-Loc and Radial joints, the Centro is the shaft that makes upgrading from wood actually make sense.
