Order Processing

Most orders ship within one business day. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at sales@fcibilliards.com or call (800) 666-9190.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in new, unused, and original condition within 30 days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual incurred shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and items should be fully insured to cover potential damage during shipping. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

Videos, DVDs, books, personalized, or special order items are non-refundable. Exchanges for the same title are allowed if the DVD or video is defective or damaged in transit. The cost of any cue or shaft customizations, including tip changes, is non-refundable.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $49.99 is available only for shipments within the contiguous 48 states. If your order qualifies for free shipping but is being shipped outside these states or internationally, our shipping department will contact you regarding additional charges.

Damaged Goods

If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call us immediately. If the driver is present, ask that the damage be noted to expedite shipping claims. Do not discard the product or packaging, as the carrier may wish to inspect them before processing a claim. If the package is damaged but the merchandise appears unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service at (800) 666-9190. If you discover damage after delivery, retain the shipping carton and all packing materials, and notify the carrier and FCI Billiards immediately.

Shortages

Although we have two associates verify each order, errors can occur. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Unpack your order, inventory all items, and report any shortages immediately. Small items can shift during shipping, so please check all packaging materials thoroughly. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancies between what was ordered and what was shipped.

International Shipping

FCI Billiards collects sales tax only for orders originating from the state of Missouri. Customers placing orders from other states or countries are responsible for any regulations, taxes, tariffs, and/or duties imposed by their local governments.

Shipping Errors

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please call us immediately at (800) 666-9190 or contact us if there have been any problems with your order. If you have ordered multiple items from different brands, you may receive multiple packages. If an item is not in stock, it may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer, which could result in a later delivery date. If your order is missing items, check the packing slip for notes indicating if items will arrive at different times. If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, we will correct the problem at our shipping expense. If you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for shipping expenses to and from FCI Billiards to correct the issue.
