Warranty Information

Instroke products have a Money-Back Guarantee for the first thirty days after purchase. After 30 days, we will repair or replace any product, which is defective due to a manufacturing error free of charge for a period of twelve (12) months after the purchase date. Customer is responsible for shipping case to and from repair facility. All repairs are to be sent to FCI Billiards. If after 12 months you have a problem with an Instroke cue case, we still want to know about it. FCI will determine what is wrong with the case and repair the defective part(s) for a nominal fee.

Meets Expectations

Overall, a great case with plenty of protection for your cues. The quality meets what was expected for Instroke cases. I’ve had Instroke cases before, and this will be my forever case. Just be sure to expect a heavier case compared to most other hard cases, but it is well worth it.

Instroke Buffalo Hyde case

I would love to review this particular case but they were out of it when I placed my order. However, I got the buffalo hyde Instroke one instead and it is a really nice beautiful suede case. My boyfriend is really happy with how it looks and also with the quality of it. Wish I could review more in depth but I am not a pool player so I can just tell you that it is very beautiful! As a customer I really appreciate the nice folks at FCI for contacting me in a timely manner to change my order for the out of stock item and still have it come out by Christmas.
